We completed a professional interior floor renovation for a commercial suite in Paso Robles. Our team transformed the unfinished concrete substrate into a durable, seamless surface by applying a high-performance polyurea coating system. This process involved working around new drywall installations and plumbing fixtures to ensure full coverage across the entire floor plan. We utilized a Simiron decorative chip system in the Shoreline color palette to provide a textured, slip-resistant finish. To improve the facility's hygiene and maintenance, we installed matching integral coved baseboards that create a watertight transition from the floor to the wall. This finished system offers superior chemical resistance and long-term durability for this commercial environment.
