We completed a full floor restoration and protective coating installation for this commercial property in Morro Bay. The project required extensive surface preparation to address existing cracks, adhesive remnants, and surface imperfections in the original concrete subfloor to ensure a proper bond for the new finish. We performed a comprehensive moisture vapor barrier treatment to prevent future subfloor issues before moving forward with the decorative system. The final result transformed the interior space into a professional, easy-to-maintain environment. We installed a high-performance epoxy chip system finished with a durable polyaspartic topcoat.
