We transformed this residential garage in Morro Bay by installing a professional-grade Polyurea floor system. Our team began by repairing several hairline cracks in the concrete slab and prepping the surface to ensure a durable bond. We also extended the coating to the concrete entry steps to create a seamless, uniform appearance throughout the space. For the finish, we applied the Simiron Creekbed flake system, which provides a multi-colored speckled texture in tan, gray, and white. This high-gloss coating not only masked previous stains and imperfections but also provided a moisture-resistant, easy-to-clean surface. The result is a refreshed, functional garage interior that coordinates with the existing cabinetry.
