We recently finished a floor refresh for this facility in Atascadero, and it made a huge difference. We started by tearing out the old, scuffed vinyl tiles and cleaning up the concrete underneath. Since we found some cracks, we patched those up and added a moisture barrier to keep the new surface solid for years to come. We finished everything off with a tough, grey polyurea coating mixed with Basalt decorative chips. It gave the hallways, offices, and clinical areas a clean, seamless, and slip-resistant look that’s way easier to maintain than the old tiles. It’s a clean update that really brightens up the whole space while making it much more durable for daily use.
