We transformed a worn and peeling garage and laundry room floor in Atascadero into a durable, high-performance surface. The project involved removing an old, failing stencil coating and preparing the concrete through mechanical grinding to ensure a clean profile for the new application. We then installed a custom metallic epoxy system across the entire space to create a seamless finish. We used a blend of Simiron Metallic Additives in Royal Blue, Luster Blue, and Bright White to achieve a unique swirling, wave-like marble pattern. The floor was finished with a satin topcoat to provide long-term protection and a sophisticated, low-glare sheen. This new surface significantly improved the durability of the garage and laundry area, offering an easy-to-clean environment that resists heavy use.
