We completed a commercial concrete floor restoration and coating for a facility in San Luis Obispo. The project began with thorough surface preparation, where we repaired significant cracks and addressed moisture levels on the existing slab. We applied a high-performance Simiron polyurea system to transform the bare, worn concrete into a durable, professional-grade workspace. Our team installed a custom grey and white speckled chip finish with a specific 5% black blend to achieve a precise aesthetic. This multi-layer coating provides superior resistance to heavy traffic and moisture compared to standard bare concrete. The finished floor offers a seamless, slip-resistant surface that enhances both the durability and the visual appeal of the interior space.
