We completed a comprehensive garage floor renovation in Morro Bay that focused on both structural repair and aesthetic enhancement. Our team addressed over 40 linear feet of cracks and surface pitting to create a perfectly level and stable concrete base for the new coating. Once the preparation was complete, we applied a high-performance metallic epoxy system to the entire area. We utilized Merigold and Cobalt blue metallic pigments to achieve a unique, swirling finish with a reflective high-gloss topcoat. The new surface is not only visually striking but also provides a seamless, durable barrier against stains, moisture, and daily wear. This project successfully converted a standard utility garage into a clean, modern space that adds significant value to the property.
