We completed a comprehensive concrete floor restoration and coating project for a residence in Templeton. Our team began by removing old carpeting and performing extensive surface preparation, which included grinding the concrete and repairing significant cracks across the garage and interior subfloors. We addressed structural imperfections to ensure a seamless foundation for the new finish. To protect the installation, we applied a Simiron moisture vapor barrier before laying down the decorative flake system. We used a Creekbed finish, resulting in a durable, speckled gray and tan epoxy coating that unified the garage and interior living spaces. The final surface provides a high-performance, easy-to-clean solution that significantly upgraded the home's utility and appearance.
