We transformed this residential garage in Nipomo by repairing and coating the existing concrete floor. We started by addressing several hairline and irregular cracks throughout the slab to ensure a smooth, durable foundation. Our team then applied a high-performance coating system designed to withstand heavy use and vehicle traffic. For the finish, we used the Simiron decorative chip system in the Shoreline color, featuring a 1/4-inch flake blend. This multi-colored aggregate pattern provides an attractive, textured surface that significantly improves the aesthetics while offering superior slip resistance. The final result is a clean, uniform floor that protects the concrete and simplifies maintenance.
