We recently tackled a total floor overhaul at a commercial space in Atascadero. Our team started by ripping out old, worn-out vinyl and parquet tiles to get down to the original concrete slab, which needed some serious love. We spent time prepping the surface, patching cracks, and addressing moisture issues to make sure the new finish would stick and stay solid for years to come. Once the foundation was ready, we applied a Simiron solid color system in Haze Grey. This new coating transformed the look of the hallways and workspaces, giving the whole area a clean, uniform, and professional feel. It is a tough, low-maintenance surface that’s built to handle whatever the daily grind throws at it, making the space much more functional for everyone working there.
