We renovated this worn patio in Templeton to create a clean, functional outdoor living space. The project involved grinding down the existing concrete surface to remove old staining and damage before applying a durable Polyurea coating system. We chose a Obsidian color finish to provide a modern, speckled aesthetic that significantly updated the area. This new surface stands up well to daily use and ties the patio directly into the surrounding stone retaining walls and garden features. Our team completed the installation to ensure a smooth, lasting result that completely refreshed this outdoor lounge spot for the homeowner to enjoy year-round.
