We completed a comprehensive commercial floor renovation for a brewery in Atascadero, transforming a deteriorating surface into a high-performance workspace. Our team began by removing an old concrete overlay and peeling paint to expose the concrete subfloor before preparing the surface for a specialized coating system. To ensure long-term durability against heavy equipment and constant moisture, we installed a moisture vapor barrier primer followed by a deep red quartz polyurea finish. We integrated a seamless coved base and leveled the coating around existing trench drains to create a sanitary, slip-resistant environment optimized for industrial brewing operations.
