We completed a comprehensive floor coating project for a residence in Cambria, transforming raw concrete into a uniform, high-performance surface. Our team performed extensive surface preparation using industrial grinders and vacuum systems to repair cracks and ensure a clean substrate throughout the shop and bathroom areas. We addressed moisture concerns by applying a specialized moisture vapor barrier primer system to protect the longevity of the installation. For the final finish, we applied a Simiron custom solid color epoxy followed by a durable polyaspartic topcoat, and then a Satin Urethane finish. This multi-layer system provides a high-gloss, chemical-resistant finish that significantly enhances the durability and cleanliness of the home's utility and interior spaces.
