We completed a full garage floor transformation for a residence in Morro Bay. Our team began by prepping the concrete surface, repairing visible cracks, and clearing debris to ensure a professional-grade bond. We applied a durable polyurea coating system across the entire floor and extended the material up the base of the walls to create a protective cove base. For the finish, we used Simiron decorative chips in a speckled blend of blue, gray, and white tones to provide a high-traction and impact-resistant surface. This multi-layered application significantly improved the visual appeal of the garage while protecting the slab from moisture and wear. The finished result offers a clean, resilient environment that is both functional and easy to maintain.
