We completed a full garage floor transformation for a residence in Atascadero. The project began with a thorough inspection and preparation of the existing concrete slab, which featured significant cracking and moisture concerns. We performed extensive crack repairs and surface leveling to ensure a stable foundation for the new coating system. To address potential dampness, we installed a moisture vapor barrier with the Mount Everest floor system. This high-performance coating provides a durable, speckled finish that completely revitalized the space. The final result is a seamless, easy-to-clean surface that protects the concrete from future wear and moisture damage.
