We completed a full surface restoration and polyurea coating for this residential porch and set of entry steps in Atascadero. The project involved preparing the existing concrete surfaces, addressing visible cracks, and applying a durable multi-layered system across the landing and walkways. Our team focused on creating a uniform, slip-resistant finish that revitalized the home's exterior entry points. We used a Simiron polyurea system in the Obsidian blend to provide a textured, speckled aesthetic that complements the tan siding. This coating offers superior protection against moisture and foot traffic while ensuring the stairs and walkway are easy to maintain. The finished project provides a seamless transition to the entryway, significantly improving the property's curb appeal and surface durability.
