We completed a full garage floor transformation for a home in Pismo Beach. Our team carefully moved existing storage cabinets and water treatment equipment to properly prepare the concrete substrate for a high-performance coating system. We applied an Industrial Polyurea Coatings system across the entire main floor and up the lower stem walls to ensure a seamless and fully protected finish. We utilized the Pebble Beach/Creekbed flake color to provide a multi-colored, granite-style appearance with a high-gloss topcoat. This durable system effectively covered previous concrete staining and surface imperfections while creating a slip-resistant and easy-to-clean environment. The final result successfully upgraded the utility space into a clean, professional-looking extension of the home.
