We completed a full concrete restoration and coating for this residential carport and surrounding walkways in Pismo Beach. Our team addressed extensive structural cracking and surface staining across the existing slabs to prepare for a durable new finish. We meticulously repaired deep fissures and leveled the surface to ensure a seamless application. First we installed a moisture vapor barrier primer and then we applied an Industrial Coatings polyurea system using the Silver Creek flake blend. This multi-step process involved grinding the concrete, broadcasting the textured gray and white speckled flakes, and sealing the surface. The final result provided a uniform, moisture-resistant floor that significantly improved the property's durability and visual appeal.
