We completed a full garage floor transformation for a residence in San Luis Obispo. The project began with extensive concrete preparation, where we addressed several prominent structural cracks throughout the 400-square-foot slab. We filled and leveled these imperfections to ensure a seamless, durable foundation for the new coating system. For the finish, we applied a high-performance polyurea coating system featuring Simiron materials and Cayote Chips for a speckled, modern aesthetic. We also coated the verticals along the perimeter walls to provide a clean and finished look. This upgraded floor now offers superior durability and a professional look that complements the home’s existing cabinetry and storage.
