We completed a full garage floor transformation for a residence in San Luis Obispo. The existing concrete surface was showing its age with significant staining and structural cracks that required professional repair before we could apply the new coating system. We meticulously filled all the cracks to ensure a level, seamless foundation for the final finish. For the coating system, we applied a durable Simiron polyurea base followed by a full broadcast of 1/4-inch Coyote decorative chips. This multi-layer system provides a slip-resistant, speckled aesthetic that hides future wear while offering superior chemical resistance. The finished floor creates a clean, functional space that vastly improves the overall utility and appearance of the garage.
