We tackled a full garage floor transformation for a home in San Luis Obispo, starting with some serious prep work to get that old, cracked concrete ready. After patching those deep cracks and running moisture tests, we laid down a tough polyurea coating system that's built to last. We went with a Simiron Tidal Wave flake blend, which gives the floor a great textured look and a slip-resistant finish. It ended up being a huge upgrade that turned a worn-out slab into a durable, clean workspace that’s ready for anything.
