We completed a garage floor transformation in San Luis Obispo that involved significant surface preparation and repair. We addressed extensive spiderweb cracking and deep fissures throughout the existing concrete slab after performing moisture and scratch tests. Our team ensured the substrate was properly leveled and cleared of debris to guarantee a long-lasting bond. We applied a Simiron polyurea coating system featuring the Creekbed flake color profile to create a seamless, speckled finish. This multi-layer application effectively masked the previous repairs while providing a slip-resistant and chemical-resistant surface. The final result upgraded the garage into a clean, functional space that is built to withstand heavy use.
