We completed a comprehensive garage floor renovation for a home in San Luis Obispo. After clearing the space, we addressed several jagged cracks in the existing concrete and conducted moisture testing to ensure proper adhesion. We then installed a Simiron moisture vapor barrier to protect the new surface from future damage. For the final finish, we applied a decorative flake system using the Shoreline color palette. This speckled tan and white epoxy coating transformed the weathered concrete into a durable floor that not only matches the garage but the outside of the house also. The result is a clean, modern workspace that provides superior resistance to wear and tear.
