We gave this garage a total refresh in Baywood-Los Osos, turning a cluttered and worn-out concrete slab into a clean, functional workspace. We started by grinding all the concrete and tackling those deep cracks and surface imperfections to make sure we had a solid, smooth foundation. After double-checking the moisture levels, we were ready to get to work on the finish. We applied a heavy-duty Simiron polyurea coating topped with decorative Stargazer chips for that classic grey speckled look. This upgrade not only smoothed out the old, tired floor but also added a durable, slip-resistant layer that’s ready to handle whatever projects or storage needs come its way. It really transformed the entire feel of the garage into a space that’s actually enjoyable to use again. We are happy to say this floor is now built to stand up to daily life for years to come. What do you imagine your floor to look like?
