We restored and coated multiple concrete surfaces at this Atascadero residence, including the front porch, side porch and perimeter walkways. The existing concrete suffered from deep cracks, surface spalling, and failing red paint that required extensive preparation and professional repair. We performed a full surface grind and patched all structural imperfections to create a stable, uniform foundation for the new system. For the final finish, we applied a durable Simiron polyurea coating featuring the Safari decorative chip blend. This multi-layered application provides a slip-resistant, textured surface that resists moisture and heavy foot traffic. The new coating transformed the weathered exterior paths and garage into a cohesive, low-maintenance space that significantly enhances the home's curb appeal.
