We completed a full commercial shop floor renovation for an automotive facility in Arroyo Grande. Our team addressed significant concrete damage, including eroded thresholds and deep cracks throughout the workspace. We prepared the existing surface, which was worn with patches of old paint, to ensure a seamless and durable bond for the new coating system. We installed the Simiron Stargazer epoxy system featuring a decorative gray flake finish across the entire garage. This process included repairing expansion joints and installing yellow safety transitions at the doorways for improved visibility. The result is a high-performance surface that resists chemical spills and stands up to heavy machinery and automotive lift traffic.
