We recently completed a heavy-duty flooring installation for this commercial industrial space. To ensure the concrete could withstand rigorous daily operations, we started by applying a specialized moisture vapor barrier primer system to lock out dampness. We then finished the surface with a high-build, solid color epoxy coating for maximum strength and durability. To wrap things up, we applied a custom-tinted urethane topcoat that provides a clean satin sheen and added slip resistance for better safety. This durable floor system is now fully prepped and ready to handle whatever the facility throws its way.
