We completed a comprehensive garage and driveway renovation for this property in Morro Bay. Our team repaired the existing cracked concrete for a new, smooth driveway featuring integrated control joints for long-term durability. We also addressed surface wear in the garage by repairing structural cracks and prepping the floor for a high-performance finish. For the interior surfaces, we applied a Polyurea Coatings system using the Oxford Quartz finish for the driveway with stonewash chips for the garage. This blue-gray speckled coating was applied to the main garage floor and the entryway steps, providing a seamless, chemical-resistant surface.
