We completed a exterior update, including roof and siding replacement on this colonial-style home in Des Peres. We stripped the existing shingles down to the deck to inspect for any damaged wood and replaced a few sheets of decking then installed a new architectural asphalt roof system. Along with the roof, we replaced the damaged flashing around the masonry chimney. We also performed siding replacement to ensure the entire exterior was sealed against the elements.
