Comprehensive EPDM flat roof restoration addressing critical drainage issues featuring complete rear roof edge reconstruction where Poly-ISO insulation buckled causing ponding, removal and reinstallation of 2" Poly-ISO insulation with proper mechanical fastening, installation of continuous pressure-treated wood nailer (2x6) along entire roof edge fastened to structural framing, new 60-mil Mule-Hide EPDM membrane (fully adhered) with professional seam taping and lap sealant, metal drip edge reinstallation with continuous cleat, repair of bubbling insulation section (4'x8' area) with new membrane spliced using primer and seam tape, complete secondary lower "well" roof renovation with tapered Poly-ISO insulation system (¼" per ft minimum slope) directing water to drainage edge, new fully adhered EPDM membrane across entire well area with proper curb and parapet flashing, step-up transition reflashing between roof levels with cured EPDM strips and pre-molded corners, and comprehensive seam repairs throughout.
