EPDM Flat Roof Installation + Seamless Gutter Upgrade

This project involved the complete removal of an aging flat roofing system and the installation of a fully adhered 60-mil Mule-Hide EPDM membrane over a tapered polyiso insulation assembly. We ensured proper drainage with a 1/8” per foot slope and tied the membrane securely into the home’s vinyl siding for lasting water protection. We also replaced the gutters with new 5” and 6” seamless .032 aluminum K-style gutters and installed AluRex Double Pro gutter guards for long-term debris protection. As always, we finished with a full clean-up, detailed inspection, and provided a 20-year membrane warranty, plus Mighty Dog’s 5-Year Workmanship Guarantee and AluRex’s clog-free lifetime warranty.
