This Chelmsford, MA project for Robert Hathaway focused on upgrading the home’s gutter system, ventilation, and fascia boards to improve both function and curb appeal. Our team began by removing the old gutters, downspouts, and de-icing cable, replacing them with 6" K-Style seamless aluminum gutters and 3x4" downspouts in classic white. Behind the new gutters, we installed PVC fascia boards for a low-maintenance, rot-resistant finish. To optimize attic airflow, we replaced the ridge vent and ridge caps, widened the ridge for better exhaust, and installed new soffit vents and attic baffles, ensuring continuous air circulation from eave to ridge. This upgrade enhances the roof’s ventilation system, helping regulate attic temperatures and extend roof life. Every gutter was pitched for proper drainage and securely mounted with rigid hangers every 16", guaranteeing lasting strength and leak-free performance — all backed by a 5-year workmanship warranty.
