Full Roof Replacement & Farmers Porch Restoration – Asphalt + Standing Seam Metal

This comprehensive roofing project includes a full replacement of the main home’s asphalt shingle roof and a custom restoration of the farmer’s porch with standing seam metal. We removed one layer of existing shingles, installed high-performance Owens Corning Duration® shingles in Teak, and reinforced all vulnerable areas with GRACE SELECT ice and water barrier and ProArmor synthetic underlayment. For the porch, we upgraded all soffits, fascia, and rakes with vented cellular PVC trim and installed a durable 24-gauge standing seam metal roof in Chestnut Brown. All work was completed with expert flashing details, full site clean-up, and is backed by the Owens Corning Platinum Protection Warranty for long-term peace of mind.
