This project in Groton, MA involved a complete roof replacement of approximately 12 squares, including the removal of two layers of old asphalt shingles and re-nailing the deck to restore structural integrity. We installed Grace Select Ice & Water Barrier along all eaves, valleys, and penetrations for superior waterproofing protection. The remaining deck was covered with Owens Corning DeckArmor Synthetic Underlayment, a premium breathable layer designed to reduce heat and moisture buildup. The new Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration shingles were installed with OC starter shingles, ProEdge ridge caps, and a VentSure ridge vent system to ensure balanced attic ventilation. All drip edges, step flashing, and vent boots were upgraded in white aluminum for a clean finish.
