This project covers the complete roof replacement for both the main house and the garage. Main House: The existing asphalt shingle roof will be fully stripped and re-nailed for a solid deck. We’ll install Grace Select Ice & Water Shield at eaves, valleys, and penetrations, with Owens Corning ProArmor synthetic underlayment across the remaining deck. A complete Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration shingle system will be installed, finished with OC Ridge Cat on the main house and VentSure ridge vent on the newer section. The system will be capped with ProEdge hip & ridge caps for a watertight and ventilated roofing system. Garage: Includes the same Owens Corning shingle system with Grace Select Ice & Water Shield, ProArmor synthetic underlayment, starter shingles, and ProEdge ridge caps. Both structures will be fully cleaned up with a final magnetic sweep. Rotted plywood and ledger boards will be replaced as needed, and all details will follow Owens Corning’s installation standards. The project includes an Owens Corning Platinum Protection Warranty, providing lifetime coverage on materials, workmanship protection, algae and wind resistance, and full transferability to future homeowners.
