Full Roof Replacement – Lawrence, MA

This Lawrence home underwent a complete roof replacement to address water intrusion issues and structural wear. We carefully removed two full layers of old shingles, re-nailed the decking, and replaced 30 ledger boards for a safe and solid foundation. Upgrades included new Rhino Ice & Water Shield on all eaves, valleys, and penetrations, plus Mighty Dog U20 Synthetic Underlayment for maximum weather protection. To ensure proper ventilation, we installed a new ridge vent system while keeping the existing turbine and static vents.
