Gutter & Fascia Replacement in Concord, MA

At this Concord residence, our team removed the damaged gutter systems at the front and rear of the home and replaced the worn fascia boards with 62 linear feet of durable white PVC. Once the structure was restored, we installed 31 linear feet of new 5" K-style seamless aluminum gutters, designed to provide reliable water management and long-lasting protection. The gutters were carefully pitched, installed behind the drip edge, and secured with rigid bar hangers at 16" on center for stability. All endcaps and miters were double-sealed to ensure a lifetime leak-free system, while existing gutters were rehung and re-pitched for proper drainage. This project combined function and appearance, leaving the home with a clean, finished look and improved performance.
