James Hardie Siding & ProVia Windows with Masonite Door – Haverhill, MA

For this Haverhill home, we completed a comprehensive upgrade that combined siding, windows, and a new front entry door. The rear sun porch was fully rewrapped with James Hardie house wrap and finished with James Hardie 5” lap siding, ensuring weather resistance and long-term durability. To enhance aesthetics, porch columns were wrapped in PVC with decorative moldings, the porch ceiling and interior walls were finished with composite shiplap, and new crown molding was installed. All rake boards, fascia, and trim were rebuilt with PVC for a polished, maintenance-free finish. The window replacement scope included seven ProVia Endure energy-efficient windows: two insert replacements in the front and five new construction units in the sun porch. These double-hung, double-pane windows with Low-E coating and argon gas filling were framed, insulated with spray foam, and detailed with PVC exterior casing and colonial-style interior casing for a seamless look. To complete the transformation, a Masonite full-lite primed steel front entry door with brickmold trim was installed, adding both style and durability. The project concluded with a full site clean-up, and the homeowner received a 5-Year Workmanship Warranty on siding, a 2-Year Workmanship Warranty on windows and doors, plus a 30-Year non-prorated manufacturer warranty on James Hardie materials and lifetime coverage on ProVia windows.
