Chimney Flashing, Siding & Roof Leak Repair

This project focused on resolving active water intrusion in two critical areas: the chimney and a 10x10 roof section above the kitchen window. We removed old tar, flashing, and deteriorated roofing materials, then reinstalled proper Grace ice & water barrier, step flashing, and lead counter flashing around the chimney. A separate roof leak section was also addressed with new Owens Corning underlayment and Duration shingles. Siding repairs on the left side of the house included new house wrap, foam board, and Desert Tan CertainTeed vinyl siding, plus replacement of the damaged gable vent. All work is backed by Mighty Dog Roofing’s 5-year workmanship warranty.
