Removed and replaced 3 leaking skylights (2 above dining room, 1 in kitchen) with VELUX S06 fixed skylights featuring solar shades and stain-grade wood finish. Installed full Grace ice & water barrier, step flashing, and GAF Timberline HDZ shingles (Hickory) around all skylight areas. Rebuilt interior trim around skylights to match original aesthetic. Repaired interior ceiling drywall, checked insulation for mold, repainted, and matched original textures. Repointed chimney mortar and resealed flashing to prevent further water intrusion. Full clean-up, magnetic sweep, and 10-year VELUX install + 5-year Mighty Dog workmanship warranty provided.
