Full Roof Replacement + Skylight Upgrade in Estate Gray

This project covers a comprehensive re-roof of both the main house (excluding dormers) and adjacent brewery roof, with extra care to preserve metal valleys installed just two years ago. We installed Owens Corning Duration shingles in Estate Gray, upgraded all flashing in brown and white finishes, and enhanced attic airflow with a new ridge vent system. To top it off, we removed and replaced the existing skylight with a Velux manual model, complete with solar shades and clean interior PVC trim for a polished look.
