Leak Repair & Gutter Replacement in Chelmsford, MA

This Chelmsford project addressed an active leak near a bedroom window and gutter system. Our team carefully removed the siding and house wrap to inspect the sheathing and insulation beneath. Any moldy insulation was replaced, rotted plywood was repaired with new CDX, and the area was sealed with ice and water barrier plus Tyvek for lasting protection. We also replaced a small section of gutter with a new 6” system, reusing the existing downspout for continuity. To eliminate water intrusion points, the crew sealed gaps in the j-channel and addressed all visible vulnerabilities.
