New Roof, Skylights, and Metal Accent Roof Installation in Groton

This comprehensive exterior renovation project in Groton, MA included a full asphalt shingle roof replacement using Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration shingles, enhanced with heavy-duty flashing and full system underlayment. We added premium ventilation with VentSure ridge vents and ProEdge hip/ridge caps for optimal airflow. The front eyebrow and garage roofs received a bold upgrade with standing seam metal roofing in black, adding durability and modern curb appeal. Two non-vented Velux skylights were also replaced with precision flashing and waterproofing, bringing in more natural light. Lastly, the project included cleaning existing gutters and installing Bulldog aluminum gutter guards for long-term protection.
