Removed failing gutters and downspouts above the rear deck, inspected fascia for rot. Installed 31 linear feet of 6" K-Style Seamless Aluminum Gutters with two 3x4" downspouts — white finish for clean curb appeal. Adjusted right-side downspout for improved runoff control and extended protection. Added valley splash guard to prevent water overflow near deck stairs. Ensured all gutters were pitched using manual leveling and mounted with rigid bar hangers on 16" centers. Used galvanized hex-head screws (no nails) and double-sealed endcaps to guarantee leak-free performance. Re-flashed chimney using code-compliant materials, including Grace ice & water barrier and full flashing system. Full jobsite cleanup, including debris removal and coordination of any required permits and inspections.
