This project included the full replacement of the existing roof system and gutter system. The roofing scope began with the removal of old asphalt shingles, re-nailing the decking, and installing a full protection system with OC Ice & Water Barrier, Pro Armor synthetic underlayment, and Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration shingles. All flashing details, including heavy-duty black drip edge, step flashing, counter flashing, and vent pipe boots, were replaced, ensuring watertight protection. Ventilation was upgraded with OC VentSure ridge vent and DuraRidge hip and ridge caps for lasting airflow and durability. In addition, the gutter system was replaced with all-new 6" black seamless aluminum K-style gutters and 3x4" downspouts, protected with Alu-Rex Double Pro gutter guards. These were carefully pitched and sealed for long-term performance. The combined roofing and gutter upgrade ensures a stronger, more efficient exterior system, all backed by the Owens Corning Platinum Protection Warranty.
