For this full roof replacement, we removed the existing shingles and prepared the decking by re-nailing loose boards and disposing of all materials responsibly. The new roofing system was built with premium protection in mind, starting with Rhino Ice & Water Barrier installed at all eaves, valleys, and penetrations, and paired with Mighty Dog U20 Synthetic Underlayment across the roof deck. To ensure durability and weather resistance, the project included new aluminum drip edge, step flashing, lead counter flashing at the chimney, and lifetime vent pipe boots.
