This project in Littleton began with a full removal of the old asphalt shingles, followed by reinforcement of the decking to ensure a solid structure. The roof was protected with Grace Select ice & water barrier, Owens Corning Pro Armor underlayment, and finished with Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration shingles in Onyx Black. To improve water management and longevity, black 24” metal W-valleys were installed, along with updated drip edge, flashing, vent boots, and ProEdge ridge caps. The low-pitch roof section was converted to a Mule-Hide EPDM membrane system with insulation, ensuring proper waterproofing where shingles are unsuitable. New PVC fascia, soffit, and decorative trim were installed, restoring both durability and curb appeal. Finally, the gutter system was upgraded with seamless 5” K-style aluminum gutters and Alu-Rex Double Pro gutter guards in black, combining strength, function, and low maintenance.
