Roof, Trim, Deck, and Gutter Restoration

This project brought together multiple restoration and replacement scopes to give the property a refreshed look and stronger protection. On the roof, the ridge cap was replaced with Owens Corning ProEdge shingles in Estate Gray, ensuring durability and a tighter seal along the ridge line. Around the house, most trim, fascia, and frieze boards were upgraded with PVC, carefully mimicking the original design while providing long-lasting, low-maintenance protection. The deck was fully rebuilt with new structural joists, stair stringers, and the Trex RainEscape system for moisture management. It was finished with Trex Transcend® Lineage decking and Trex Select® railings for both safety and aesthetics. Finishing details like wrapped posts, PVC trim, and a new integrated gutter system made the outdoor space both functional and inviting. To complete the upgrade, new seamless aluminum gutters and T-Rex gutter guards were installed on key areas, while the shed received repairs with PVC trim and soffit reattachment. With warranties ranging from 5 years on workmanship to up to 50 years on Trex decking, the home is now set for decades of comfort and protection.
