This Methuen, MA project for homeowner James McManus included a full upgrade of the home’s gutter and fascia system — blending performance and modern curb appeal. Our crew removed the old gutters and fascia boards, replacing them with new white PVC fascia for a clean, low-maintenance finish. We then installed 80 feet of 5” K-Style seamless aluminum gutters and 2x3” downspouts in sleek black, providing a durable contrast and improved water flow. To ensure long-term protection, we added the Alu-Rex DoublePro® gutter guard system, which offers a lifetime warranty and prevents clogging from leaves and debris. All gutters were pitched precisely, fastened with rigid bar hangers every 16”, and double-sealed at joints for a lifetime leak-free installation.
