This project consisted of a custom seamless gutter installation for a home in Maynard, MA, designed to integrate perfectly with existing crown moldings. After inspecting the fascia boards and securing the area, our team fabricated and installed 6-inch K-style seamless aluminum gutters on-site using heavy-duty .032-gauge aluminum for long-lasting durability. Each gutter run was leveled using precision wedges to accommodate the decorative crown molding, ensuring both function and aesthetic alignment. The gutters were secured with hidden hangers and stainless-steel screws every 16–24 inches, eliminating the need for roof straps and protecting the shingles from unnecessary intrusion. Downspouts were installed or adjusted to maximize drainage efficiency and direct water safely away from the foundation. The system was tested for pitch accuracy and leak resistance, and the project concluded with a full cleanup and homeowner walkthrough. Homeowners were also offered the optional upgrade to the AluRex T-Rex or DoublePro™ Continuous Hanger System, providing continuous support, clog protection, and extended warranty coverage.
